Customer Success Partner
As Abgad’s Customer Success Partner, you are the performance and delivery agent within our salesforce who also acts as a consultant to our network (academic institutions) all throughout the journey - from the sales and agreement process to onboarding, deployment and account growth topics. Delivering outstanding value to our customers whilst increasing the portfolio size of your accounts is a key metric to your shining in this role! We expect and will empower you to become an enabler to our Customers, making things possible with the highest compliance and quality monitoring.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute and support Abgad's Sales and Growth plan by approaching new partners and collaborators for sign offs
- Following Contract closures, establish relationships with confirmed partners and identify as their trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services, owning the entire relationship that includes onboarding, implementation, adoption and retention
- Always stay on top of Abgad’s offerings, updates to terms, contracts and/or services and ensure our partners are aware of any updates that may affect activities
- Build a smooth dialogue platform with your accounts, to be on top of operations, developments, and needs. You will work closely with internal teams to communicate and mediate topics/requests that may extend beyond Commercial activities (Such as Tech, Operations, Credit, etc..)
- Schedule and perform periodical in-person visits to be available on partners’ premises. Examples of the visit schedules in place are for onboarding, periodical feedback, school/university parents’ day, admission days, etc..
- Propose any programs or services you see valid for additional value proposition you may identify as an added benefit to our customers and profitability to our company
- Maintain and update existing customer success metrics and data in line with Abgad’s SOPs
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in BA, PR or a relevant function
- Knowledge of the educational segment (Schools, universities, ed-techs) is a plus
- 3+ years of experience within customer success, account management and portfolio growth
- Experience working on CRMs is a must, Zoho is a plus
